How come women find it so hard to grow their glutes?
In our experience it comes down to a couple of things:
- Afraid to train with heavier weights. Women falsely believe heavy weights will make them bulky. This is dead wrong! Pushing your body to adapt is crucial.
- Poor eating habits. With so much conflicting information out there, it's normal to be confused! If you try limiting your foods too much, you won't get results and you'll probably quit because it's so hard to stick to.
